The Denton Village Board meets the first non-holiday Monday of the Month at 6:30 p.m. For more information you can contact the Village Clerk, Charlotte TeBrink at (402)797-2020. Hours of the Village Clerk are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 pm – 3:00 pm. Currently on the Board is Chairperson, Bill Edwards, Board members, Mary Kraus, Dean Witulski, Sebastian Carnazzo, and Royce Schaneman.
Five Trustees serve on the Village Board. Election for trustees is held every two years during the November General Election. Trustees serve a four year term. In December of every year the Trustees appoint a Chairperson and Clerk/Treasurer.
